Established in December 2009, Comfortable Plastics Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive enterprise specializing in the OEM and ODM manufacturing of polyurethane (PU) products, located in Shunde, Foshan City.
At the end of 2019, the company completed a major facility upgrade, now operating with 16 production lines and advanced equipment such as automated injection machines and robotic spraying systems. With these improvements, production efficiency and quality consistency have been greatly enhanced. Comfortable Plastics was certified to ISO 9001 in 2022 and ISO 14001 in 2023, reflecting our firm commitment to quality management and environmental sustainability. We maintain strict control over every production process, earning our customers’ trust and long-term support through excellent quality and reliable service.

COMFORTABLE PLASTICS SDN. BHD.
COMFORTABLE PLASTICS SDN. BHD. is our newly established manufacturing base located in Johor, South Malaysia, only a one-hour drive from Singapore Changi Airport, offering excellent accessibility for international customers.
Built upon the strong foundation of our headquarters in Shunde, China—where our engineering, R&D, and technical development teams remain centralized—the Malaysia facility focuses on stable and efficient mass production.
The new plant is equipped with 10 plastic injection molding machines (160T–1000T) and 13 PU & molded foam production lines, enabling flexible production capacity supported by our mature engineering expertise from China.
With the expansion into Southeast Asia, we aim to provide customers with more diversified supply-chain options, improved delivery flexibility, and stronger regional competitiveness.
