Established in December 2009, Comfortable Plastics Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive enterprise specializing in the OEM and ODM manufacturing of polyurethane (PU) products, located in Shunde, Foshan City.
At the end of 2019, the company completed a major facility upgrade, now operating with 16 production lines and advanced equipment such as automated injection machines and robotic spraying systems. With these improvements, production efficiency and quality consistency have been greatly enhanced. Comfortable Plastics was certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, reflecting our firm commitment to quality management and environmental sustainability. We maintain strict control over every production process, earning our customers’ trust and long-term support through excellent quality and reliable service.
Over the years, approximately 65% of our products have been supplied to the furniture industry, 10% to automotive components, and our product applications have since expanded to include baby products, medical supplies, sports equipment, pet products, and other industries. By sourcing materials from world-leading chemical suppliers such as Huntsman, BASF, Dow, and Wanhua, our products fully comply with international standards, including RoHS, REACH, CAL 117-2013, and Prop 65 FR.
With an experienced R&D team specializing in polyurethane technology, we uphold the spirit of continuous innovation—constantly developing new materials, structures, and processes. We provide customers with valuable technical support and creative solutions in every new project, helping them overcome challenges efficiently.
